How to find your motivation, and what to do when you don’t

¶ In this online session David will guide you through a series of specially designed questions that will help you identify your own motivation.

¶ He will teach you simple and practical frameworks that you can use to think about your motivation and that of others.

¶ Since we can’t always be on top, the session ends with a tour through some effective strategies that you can employ when your willpower falters (after the session all attendees will be sent a printed guide with a full range of strategies).

Join us on Zoom on the 10th of December, 15:00–17:00 CEST.

Special introductory price: 1000 SEK (incl. VAT) per participant.

Your guide: David de Léon has led and coached teams for more than a decade, as a design lead, director and manager. Like just about everyone, he’s had to work hard to find his own motivation and to figure out how to deal with dry spells.

Before working with digital design, David earned a bachelor in psychology and a PhD in Cognitive Science, which is enough science to stay clear of the bountiful pseudoscience prevalent in the field of motivation.

David has collected some of his best tips and insights and already shared with multiple teams around Sweden, including teams at AFRY, Swedbank and Ubisoft.
